Lead Carpenter

We are searching for a Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled, dependable, organized, and able to lead projects from start to finish while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities

·       Lead day-to-day activities on residential remodeling and building projects

·       Perform framing, trim work, doors, windows, cabinetry, siding, decks, and general carpentry work

·       Read plans, lay out work, and solve field challenges efficiently

·       Coordinate with the owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners

·       Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized

·       Maintain schedule awareness and communicate clearly about project progress

·       Mentor helpers or apprentice carpenters when needed

Qualifications

·       Strong residential carpentry experience, including remodeling work

·       Ability to work independently and lead a small crew

·       Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

·       Own basic hand tools

·       Good communication skills and a professional attitude with customers

·       Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
